Creating a Respectful, Professional Creative Space

At DRIP, our goal is to provide a seamless, inspiring experience for every creator. These policies help ensure fairness, safety, and a smooth workflow for everyone who uses our space.

Booking & Reservations

All studio sessions must be booked in advance. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received. Time slots include setup and breakdown, so please plan accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session may be rescheduled.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will result in full loss of payment.

Studio Time Policy

Your booking time starts and ends exactly as scheduled.

Late arrivals do not extend session time.
Overtime may be available at an additional hourly rate if the studio schedule allows.
Please exit the space promptly to respect the next booking.

Studio Care & Damages

We take pride in our space and ask that all guests treat it with respect.

Any damage to equipment, furniture, or sets will be billed accordingly.
Please notify staff immediately if something is damaged or malfunctioning.
Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas.

Content Responsibility

Creators are fully responsible for the content produced during their session.

DRIP does not claim ownership of your content.
All content must comply with local laws and platform guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse use of the studio for inappropriate or harmful content.

Guests & Capacity

Each booking includes a set number of guests.

Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Maximum capacity limits must be respected at all times for safety reasons.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Equipment Usage

All studio equipment is available for use unless stated otherwise.

Please use equipment only as instructed.
Unauthorized modifications or setups are not allowed.
Loss or damage due to misuse will result in additional charges.

Safety & Conduct

To maintain a positive creative environment:

Respect fellow creators and staff.
No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior.
DRIP reserves the right to end a session without refund if policies are violated.

Policies may be updated at any time to improve our services. Continued use of the studio implies agreement with the latest policies.
