DRIP is a creative hub located in Arlington, TX, designed for entrepreneurs, brands, and
organizations. We offer studio spaces, event-ready warehouse areas, and creative rooms for
photography, filming, meetings, and live events
Q: Where are you located?
We are located in Arlington, Texas, in the heart of the DFW metroplex. Full address and hours

Q: What types of services do you offer?
We offer studio rentals, podcast rooms, event and warehouse space rentals, and access to
in-house photographers and videographers (must be booked in advance).
Q: How do I book a space?
You can book online through our website or visit us as a walk-in. Same-day bookings are
available based on availability.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome and may book same day if space is available.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled. Deposits may be
applied toward a future booking within 60 days, based on availability.
During Your Session or Event
Yes. If using DRIP’s in-house photographers or videographers, they must be booked in
advance.
Basic lighting, standard furniture, and access to the booked space.
Yes, food and drinks are allowed in designated areas with prior notice.
Yes, in approved spaces only. All events must be pre-approved.

Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available.
Are outside vendors allowed?
Yes, with approval and advance notice.
Are there any noise restrictions?
Yes. Loud music or live sound must be pre-approved.
What happens if I go over my booked time?
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is limited to approved events and must be authorized prior to the event.
Do you collaborate with brands or host events?
Yes. We partner with brands and organizations for approved events.
